To contribute to the national effort in Creating Awareness and bring behavioral change in relation to HIV/AIDS, gender issues and other cross cutting issues.

To expand and promote culture compatible circus art in Ethiopia through the provision of standardized training of circus to disadvantaged children and youth.

Encourage talented children and youth exercise their knowledge and creativity through the provision of basic needs and social services.

Convey message on different social, economic cultural HIV AIDS ,gender issues using the circus art, music, dance, drama and theatre as an instrument to reach the large segments of the community.
